Shipments

Delivery and Shipping Terms:

The products and/or services purchased on the website will be delivered to the user's address in Israel, as entered by the user at the time of placing the order. Delivery and shipment of the products can be done through self-pickup, courier service, or delivery via Israel Post, all at the discretion of the association.

The delivery time will be according to the delivery conditions specified on the product and/or service sales page that will be applicable at that time at the association.

Only a product and/or service whose full price is paid by credit card will be delivered to the user, and ownership of the product and/or service will transfer to the user only after the association's account is actually credited with the full sale amount of the product and/or service.

The association will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery caused by force majeure and/or events beyond the control of the association and/or the site operator and/or the suppliers, including strikes, Sabbaths, and the like.

The specified shipping fees on the site do not include special shipping. What is the definition of special shipping?

In the case of special shipping, the association may charge an additional fee on top of the regular shipping fee.

The regulations of the shipping and delivery company of the products and/or services will apply to any delivery/shipping of a product purchased through the site and will bind the user.

Before the site operators arrange for the delivery of the product, they will conduct an inspection to ensure the quality of the product and then pack it securely. If the customer wishes to complain about receiving a product that did not arrive in sealed packaging, they must do so immediately and notify customer service by sending an email to Shop@brothers1906.org.

The delivery/service times as indicated on the sales page only include business days' calculation and do not include Fridays, Saturday evenings, and Jewish holidays. The goods will be delivered to the customer within ten business days from the time of placing the order, whether they choose delivery by courier service or self-pickup.

Shipping fees will be paid by the user together with the payment for the product.

The customer has three delivery options:

1. Self-pickup – It is possible to pick up the order without a shipping charge from pickup points that will be published on the website. Pickup will only take place after receiving an email notification. It is the customer's responsibility to be available to receive the notification.

2. Home delivery (valid only in Israel) – The package will be sent by a courier, and upon delivery, the customer will receive a phone call informing them that there is a package on the way. The customer will receive up to three phone calls to schedule a final delivery time. The cost of this delivery is 29 NIS.

3. PICK UP delivery – An SMS will be sent to the mobile phone of the person who placed the order with the location of the pickup point according to the address entered in the order.

It is not possible to exchange personalized products, products with printing, or used products.
