Returning products

Cancellation Policy:

Every purchaser of a product on the website is entitled to cancel the transaction in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 1981 ("Consumer Protection Law").

Briefly, the general cancellation terms (full cancellation terms are in the Consumer Protection Law and are binding) are as follows:

1. Product Purchase - From the date of the transaction until fourteen days from the date of receiving the product or from the date of receiving the document containing the details mentioned in section 14g(b) of the Consumer Protection Law, whichever is later.

2. Service Purchase - Within fourteen days from the date of the transaction or from the date of receiving the document containing the details mentioned in section 14g(b) of the Consumer Protection Law, whichever is later. In continuous service transactions (as defined in the Consumer Protection Law), whether the service has been provided or not, and in non-continuous service transactions - cancellation must be made at least two days, not including rest days, before the scheduled service date.

Cancellation of a transaction should be done by written communication to the Brothers Symbol Association, either by sending an email to Shop@brothers1906.org.

Cancellation Results Due to Defect or Non-Conformity:

In the case of cancellation due to a defect in the product or non-conformity between the product and the information provided to you regarding the product or any other breach of contract ("non-conformity"), the Brothers Symbol Association will refund the relevant part of the transaction price within 14 days from receiving the cancellation notice. It will cancel the charge for the transaction, provide you with a copy of the cancellation charge notice, and will not impose any cancellation fees. If you have received the product, you must make it available to the Brothers Symbol Association within 14 days to cancel the charge.

Cancellation Results without Defect or Non-Conformity:

In the case of cancellation without a defect in the product or non-conformity, the Brothers Symbol Association will refund the relevant part of the transaction price within 14 days from receiving the cancellation notice. It will cancel the charge for the transaction, provide you with a copy of the cancellation charge notice, and will not charge any fees for the action, except cancellation fees of no more than 5% of the product price or 100 new shekels, whichever is lower.

Without prejudice to sections 5 and 6 above, in the case of cancellation according to the provisions of section 2 above, if it is a continuous service transaction (as defined in the Consumer Protection Law), which has already been applied for providing the service, whether or not, and in a non-continuous transaction, the cancellation conditions mentioned above will apply at least two days, not including rest days, before the service is scheduled to be provided.

Note: Returning products after their condition has changed for the worse while in your possession, including in the case of returning a damaged, harmed, deteriorated, or otherwise impaired product, is subject to the right of the Brothers Symbol Association to claim damages for it.

To avoid damage to the product, we recommend that the product be returned in its original, complete packaging without any damage or harm. A transaction cannot be canceled without a defect in the product or non-conformity with the goods and services specified in section 14g(d) of the law unless specific approval is obtained from the Brothers Symbol Association.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law section 6a(2), the right to cancel will not apply to goods created specifically for the consumer according to measurements or specific requirements.
