  • What are the delivery times?

    We commit to delivering orders within 10 business days with home delivery and with PICK UP self-collection service. If you choose self-collection, please arrive at the designated location only after receiving an email notification stating 'Your order is ready for pickup.'

  • What should I pay attention to when placing an order?

    Ensure that the details with which you logged into the website (login/join button on the site) are accurate and entered correctly in all registration fields. In other words: First name only in the designated field, last name only in the designated field, address only in the designated field, email only in the designated field, and phone number only in the designated field.

  • How will I know that my order has been received?

    Order confirmation will be sent to your email within 30 seconds of receiving the order.

  • I have a discount/voucher, how can I use it?

  • Can I use two coupons?

    No, only one coupon can be entered per order.

  • Can I add/change items to an order after completion?

    No, it will not be possible to add/change items in an order after it has been completed.

  • Can I cancel the order?

    As long as the order has not been processed, it can be canceled. If the order has been dispatched, the customer must accept the order and then contact customer service if they wish to cancel.

  • Is the website secure?

  • I forgot my username/password, how do I recover them?

    It's easy. You can quickly recover your password on the personal area of the website. Another option is to click "Forgot Password" during the login to the site.   • Can I order without registering on the site?

  • Can I pay in cash / are there installments?

    Exchange or return of a product purchased on the site can be done within 14 business days from the day of receiving the delivery.
